He came out and fixed my problem within 15 minutes of me calling him. He had super fair pricing even on a call that was in the evening after normal work hours. I’d definitely hire him again!

Where do I even begin. 0 stars if I could. I called this man to determine the cause of a slow-draining tub. What followed was a masterclass in incompetence, dishonesty, and absolute audacity. He ended up BOTH snaking the tub drain and replacing the trip lever - one of those probably wasn’t necessary. He should’ve done one. Tested it. Then if needed, done another, but he didn’t. Wanted to keep racking up a bill. Anyways… While snaking the drain he broke a pipe in my basement. Now, I’ll acknowledge the pipe was corroded. What I will NOT acknowledge is that he never once warned me this was a possibility. Never even told me he was going to be snaking the drain. Zero heads up. Zero “hey, this pipe looks rough, just so you know.” Oh, and did he bother to turn off the water before doing work? No. So now I had a broken pipe AND a flooded basement. Fantastic. He then tells me he can repair the pipe that he broke. Charges me $100 for that on top of the $575 he already charged me. A pipe that, as I later found out, he replaced as cheaply as humanly possible — his words, not mine — he said he went “the cheap route” after I called him back. Why did I call him back? Because a pipe - that wasn’t leaking when I originally called - was now leaking when draining the tub. His solution on the second time around? I’d need a whole new trip lever assembly. More money. More work. More of my time and sanity. He left. The pipe? Still leaking…. I called a real plumber. That plumber was here five minutes. FIVE. MINUTES. You know what the problem was? The pipe the first guy installed was put in twisted so he straightened it out, wrapped some Teflon tape, done. Leak gone. No new parts. No hundreds of dollars. Five minutes. I paid a second plumber to come out for something I should have never had to spend because the first one couldn’t be bothered to do the job right — or honestly, or safely — the first time. And both times this man showed up to my home, he smelled like cannabis. Both times. Do not call this man. Do not let him in your house. Do not give him your money. The glowing reviews on here cannot be real — I refuse to believe it. This was one of the most frustrating, expensive, and completely avoidable experiences I’ve ever had as a homeowner. Unreliable. Dishonest. Dangerous. And absolutely not worth a single cent.

Dan was great. He was available the same day and very responsive. Resolved our backyard water spigot issue in less than 30 min. He will be our go-to plumber from now.

I would definitely recommend Dan Chester owner of paradise plumbing. . He came exactly when he said he would and within an hour my problem with my kitchen drain was fixed and working great. He explained what he was doing and his price was upfront and reasonable. He was a very nice young man. Call him if you need a plumber!!

The guys from Paradise Plumbing are fantastic! I worried I wouldn’t find someone to help me out with a broken toilet at that hour of the night. They were the first ones I called based on reviews, and they delivered! They were there in a couple of hours with a new toilet, ready to go! Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service. Called on Easter and they were still able to make it to me in 40 min. Complicated toilet clog issue. He was patient and did his thing and solved the problem in an hour. I highly recommend hiring him for your next plumbing issue.
